MDI compressed pallets are made from waste wood, plant fibers, and agricultural and forestry residues, reducing timber consumption. Used pallets can be crushed and recycled into new products, promoting a circular economy. Moreover, a single use of RISTRO™ MDI low-carbon pallets emits only approximately 0.6 kg of CO₂ over its lifecycle—over 50% less than traditional compressed pallets and over 70% less than conventional wooden pallets.

RISTRO MDI low-carbon pallets are produced using proprietary high-strength presses, ensuring stable performance and excellent water resistance. They maintain high stability under varying temperatures and humidity conditions. The high-temperature, high-pressure production process effectively prevents mold and insect infestation, making them export-ready without fumigation and simplifying international shipping.

Formaldehyde-Free
Using WANHUA MDI adhesive, these pallets contain no formaldehyde, ensuring occupational health for workers and safety for end users during storage and handling.

Compared to traditional wooden pallets, compressed pallets offer greater convenience in manufacturing, transportation, and handling. RISTRO MDI low-carbon pallets are fully automated, achieving production efficiency far exceeding manually assembled wooden pallets. Their smooth, burr-free surfaces ensure uniformity. At the same height, a compressed pallet can carry approximately four times the shipment volume of a standard wooden pallet, saving space and reducing transportation costs.
